Fleet Management Programme

At Company Car Direct, we believe that our customers should have the most hassle free car buying and ownership experience. Using our vast experience and knowledge, we are pleased to provide our Fleet Management Programme to all of our customers free of charge. This programme runs for the length of the manufacturers warranty on all the cars that are provided by ourselves, and covers everything from 1 vehicle up to a fleet of 100.

As all our lives seem to get busier and busier, many people simply dont have the time to correctly look after their servicing needs of the vehicle. At Company Car Direct, we take control of your vehicles servicing and maintenance requirements, along with any accessories and parts you may require for your car.

What's included in our Fleet Management Programme:

1. Your very own "Fleet Care Manager"

You will be provided with a direct dial contact number and e mail address for your Fleet Care Manager. Your Fleet Care Manager provides you with a personal one on one contact for the life of your vehicles warranty. One of the motor industry's biggest customer complaints is that customers feel they are treated like a "number" and not as an important person. Your personal Fleet Care Manager provides you with the personal level of service that you deserve and expect.

2. Routine servicing and maintenance requirements

Your personal Fleet Care Manager will make any arrangements for the routine servicing and maintenance for your car, at your chosen franchised dealership. This will be undertaken as per the manufacturers warranty requirments in the vehicle service records and handbooks. Your personal Fleet Care Manager will arrange with yourself a mutually convenient date and time for your vehicle to be serviced at your chosen franchised dealership. This service also extends to the following, subject to availability, at your chosen franchised garage:

• Collection and drop off service to your home or work
• Arrangement of courtesy car for when your car is in the franchised service department

3. Discounted servicing and accessories

As part of a large motor group, handing over 500 vehicles per year, we now have a total fleet of in excess of 1500 vehicles. This enables our expertise to fall into the servicing and parts department, and often we can negotiate a discount on the normal cost of servicing and parts for your vehicle.
